MOVIE SYNOPSIS - Where can I watch it and what's the story of this 1969 film?

A group of mountain bandits pillages, extortion, and kidnapping people from the villages of the region. After killing several of their own, a Agha, puts a price on their heads, although all warn of such danger. A mysterious character, of great courage and unerring aim, appear around the place, ready to hunt down the bandits.
