MOVIE SYNOPSIS - Where can I watch it and what's the story of this 2008 film?

The July 10, 1997, Miguel Angel Blanco, a Popular Party mayor of Ermua, is kidnapped by ETA prisoners demanding approach. 48 hours later, the band fulfills its threat and kills him causing a massive reaction of rejection of violence in Spanish society. The film depicts the harrowing 48 hours in the bosom of the family, the police and the Basque society to coincide with the eleventh anniversary of the abduction and murder of the young councilor. All in an unspecified location in the French Basque Country, where a man writes a note back on paper: the order of " lifting a PP councilor ," giving an ultimatum of forty-eight hours linked to the transfer of prisoners to Basque prisons. If the government does not access the hostage will be killed.
