MOVIE SYNOPSIS - Where can I watch it and what's the story of this 2002 film?

A mixture of greed and feelings of honor bring out the basest instincts in a varied set of characters. Dodging the sheriff kindly and pothead, a tramp steals a bag of fortune in a bus station in the desert. What is not known is that the bag has already passed through the hands of many people, and everyone is going after money. The Tramp unconscious action causes a chain reaction, and suddenly finds himself pursued by a violent police, a security guard pervert, an enigmatic murderer for hire and a corrupt judge. The tramp is allied with unpredictable waitress who sees the bag a way to escape his loser life, and tries to confuse his pursuers and find out why the owner of the casino on an Indian reservation suddenly want him dead.
