MOVIE SYNOPSIS - Where can I watch it and what's the story of this 2000 film?

The trigger for a summer passion is on arrival in a village of a redhead libidinous, barely fourteen, who begins a friendship with a guy's place. He soon falls for her, but she falls into the networks of his father, who completely ignores her. So, test all kinds of obscenities and provocations to reach its target, while the guy takes one disappointment after another, and his father continues his ordinary life, with women her age, to the dismay of his young admirer.
