Somewhere in the Andes, at 2,600 meters, is the capital Bogota upset a country struggling to find its way. Somewhere in Bogota are the offices of 2600 meters, a tabloid for everyone, absolutely everyone, the news. In times of so-called miracle Bogota, 2600 meters presents the lives of a diverse group of people of different ages races and economic levels, who share much more than just a geographical space. In the course of a single day the film's characters face complex situations that change their lives for better or for worse. Drug trafficking, politics, music, sports, love, family, the role of women in our society, art and media power are some of the issues that create a unique backdrop for a group of Bogota living " 2600 meters closer of the stars ", but far from happy.
