MOVIE SYNOPSIS - Where can I watch it and what's the story of this 2001 film?

It's Saturday morning, seven o'clock. Leche, Javi and Seba are three young people from Montevideo, Uruguay. There are up from last night, drinking beer and walking the streets, but still do not want to go to sleep, and still drink beer and evading their responsibilities. " 25 Watts", filmed with a minimum budget, black and white, and declared influences of Richard Linklater, Kevin Smith and Jim Jarmusch - follows 24 hours in the life of these idle buddies who talk nonsense, they encounter strange characters neighborhood and wander in a state of chronic boredom.
