' 1989 ' is the story of the fall of the Iron Curtain, which begins with the decision of the Hungarian Prime Minister Miklós Németh to remove from the state budget costs disproportionate border control apparatus and permanently reopen the border with the West. You will soon discover that their decision will face formidable opponents and communist hardliners.
