MOVIE SYNOPSIS - Where can I watch it and what's the story of this 2003 film?

Glasgow, early 50s. One evening, Joe and I also find the body of a woman floating in the water. Joe is a teenager who is moreover work on a barge owned by Les and his enigmatic wife Ella. Although the police arrest a suspect, it is becoming increasingly evident that Joe knows more than drowned woman says. With the investigation of the crime as a backdrop, Joe and Ella embark on an adventure intimate and passionate.
