MOVIE SYNOPSIS - Where can I watch it and what's the story of this 1991 film?

Thirty years. One day Sammy and Ellie, her sister, scamper, across the field and approach their new neighbors. Sammy, whose mother died and whose father does not stop this way of working on the farm, wants to go to college, but on the other hand need a scholarship and his father certainly think that would be a handout. Discover Alice, a mute teenager who suffers epilepsy attacks, which his stepfather keeps her locked in a shed. Risking being shot, the two brothers released Alice and verses and try to show things.
