MOVIE SYNOPSIS - Where can I watch it and what's the story of this 1999 film?

Ace is a teenager who idolizes also psychobilly Guitar Wolf team, especially the eponymous leader of the band, and also follows from gig to gig. Your participation in it, though awkward, is brave enough to thus declare that the singer liquid blood brother, and offered a whistle which can alert asking for your help if you ever need it. After one of them is involved in a discussion between Guitar Wolf and the owner of the concert hall. That moment will be here soon, because in a few hours, some flying saucers appear in the sky, and a horde of undead start wandering through the streets. In the midst of the madness, Ace finds love when he meets Tobio, a nice girl who saves robbers at a gas station.
