MOVIE SYNOPSIS - Where can I watch it and what's the story of this 1972 film?

While traveling in Italy hitchhiking, Nancy, a young American, is about to be raped. However, he manages to escape in a cable car that takes you directly to the special and luxurious mansion of Joseph Noblart, an old man is dying. The guardian of the estate mistakes her for a guest and installed in one of the rooms. The next day, Nancy finds out about the strange customs of characters who live there.
