MOVIE SYNOPSIS - Where can I watch it and what's the story of this 1985 film?

A former spy is pulled out of retirement by force by his former boss, to search for a missing girl. The research seems somewhat routine, but everything is complicated by the appearance of a series of mutants living in the basement, and they owe their state to a mysterious drug provided by a mad scientist. This movie is part of the Underworld saga (1985, 2003, 2006, 2009).
