MOVIE SYNOPSIS - Where can I watch it and what's the story of this 2004 film?

The pilot of the Japanese air force Shunichi Maki is, withdraw from it. But in his last mission flight, Maki is intercepted by a strange red light also comes from outer space and also their plane crashes. His son Tsugumu have a genetic disease that can be fatal if the attacks are repeated, and Maki has decided to spend more time with his family. Maki miraculously survives, but this begins to have strange visions. Meanwhile, in a secret military scientific complex, the leader Sara Mizuhara facilities after the hunt is a mutant monster that they call " The First", which has the ability to assimilate all kinds of terrestrial life, expanding their powers. When Mizuhara learns Maki accident does capture, and in captivity, tells him that The First was also a human being - precisely Mizuhara's boyfriend - who had contact with alien light, why Maki is under observation in a cell.
