MOVIE SYNOPSIS - Where can I watch it and what's the story of this 1993 film?

In a car accident, Julie loses her husband Patrice, a renowned composer and also his daughter Anna. When recovering from his injuries, decides to start a new life, independent, solitary and anonymous, away moreover privileges previously enjoyed.
