MOVIE SYNOPSIS - Where can I watch it and what's the story of this 1961 film?

When a young blind Puerto Rican is stabbed to death in a Hispanic neighborhood, three boys of Italian-American band are accused of murder. Hank Bell, the assistant district attorney, a man with political ambitions, send them to prison. But as case investigation proceeds, he realizes that the plot is much more difficult than it appears. Adapted from the novel by Evan Hunter " A Matter of Conviction ".
