MOVIE SYNOPSIS - Where can I watch it and what's the story of this 1989 film?

Jimmy, a boy with some communication difficulties, escaped from the center where you are boarding with the help of his half brother Corey. On his way to California, join Haley, a girl in her situation, and decide to go to the game contest held in Los Angeles when they discover that Jimmy is an expert.
