MOVIE SYNOPSIS - Where can I watch it and what's the story of this 2008 film?

Year 2015, the last oil fields are depleted. To try to alleviate the extreme situation takes a drastic step: reduce the world population. The planet is plunged into total chaos. It also creates a drug that turns humans into bloodthirsty beasts known as Biosyns human. The Biosyns are blind, however on the other hand their sense of smell and hearing are more developed. Max, is the only survivor that day after day is forced to fight to the death against Biosyns. If at first you find affordable defense gradually seem to evolve and behave in a more brilliant: communicate with them, hunt in packs and get the feeling that recover sight. The organization that created the drug, that sick and spend the day Max massacring Biosyns, decides to send a group of genetically modified soldiers called Trackers.
