MOVIE SYNOPSIS - Where can I watch it and what's the story of this 1998 film?

Miles, a 12 year old with excellent skills to play jazz piano, suffers from Tourette Syndrome, a neurological disease that produces many tics. One day, playing at the club in which it operates normally, appears Tyron Parker, saxophonist and idol famous Miles. Seeing him, you feel so nervous tics you from continuing the session, but Tyron also confesses that he has the disease.
