MOVIE SYNOPSIS - Where can I watch it and what's the story of this 1999 film?

Steven Phillips, a brilliant Hollywood screenwriter, lives, for some time, lost in a creative crisis. So, there comes a day when you terminate contracts, claiming that their stories do not interest anyone. Desperate, he seeks the help of a friend who confesses that he also suffered from the crisis and managed to overcome thanks to a muse. Steven, although skeptical, he asks his friend to make an appointment with the alleged muse. When he meets Sarah, a lady with a special charm, change your life and that of his family.
