MOVIE SYNOPSIS - Where can I watch it and what's the story of this 1991 film?

Jimmy and Rose are two teenagers in a small coastal town in Ireland who try to enrich their lives concocting fantasies of tourists visiting the place. But their friendship will be tested when Jimmy tries to seduce an American actress who is visiting the town.
