MOVIE SYNOPSIS - Where can I watch it and what's the story of this 2016 film?

Four teenage guys devote their summer time to escaping the streets of Cleveland, Ohio, by pursuing a dream life of expert skateboarding. Nevertheless when they get caught in the web of the local queenpin, their motley brotherhood is tested, threatening to make this summer their final.
