MOVIE SYNOPSIS - Where can I watch it and what's the story of this 1978 film?

A married couple, both doctors, buy a long abandoned mansion in order to turn it into a drug rehabilitation clinic. But there have also be delighted. When there they travel with a group of volunteers and friends to somehow rehabilitate the home, in a stormy night, will begin to perceive that inhabits the site.
