MOVIE SYNOPSIS - Where can I watch it and what's the story of this 1997 film?

Peuqeños Borrowers are four inches tall who live under the floor. When the home owner of real estate in which they live and the evil Ocious Potter wants to destroy the house to build luxury apartments on its place, they start to fight him with the help of the son of the owner, Pete. A remake called The Borrowers (2011) was made based on this movie.
