MOVIE SYNOPSIS - Where can I watch it and what's the story of this 1977 film?

There are already several people who by the way are mysteriously swallowed by the waters of the ocean. Their bodies are torn and with hollow bones. Ned Turner, a clever journalist with the Sheriff in the investigation, suspected that these events may be related to the construction of a tunnel under the water. Mr. Whitehead, president of the construction company ignored when suspend work recommended. Turner, convinced that Whitehead is doing an experiment you want to keep secret, are put in contact with Will Gleason, an expert trainer of killer whales, according to which the head of a giant octopus deaths is affected by magnetic radiation resulting from the tunnel construction.
