MOVIE SYNOPSIS - Where can I watch it and what's the story of this 1982 film?

A landmark of the nascent Hong Kong's new wave of the early 80s. This is a drama about the plight of Vietnamese peasants in the war. It focuses on a Japanese photographer named Shiomi Akutagawa, who ventures into Danang to document attempts to rebuild after the war. Arriving is paraded by government officials that show picturesque villages and children healthy and happy. Later, achieved permission to wander unescorted field. Soon he meets a teenage girl named Cam Nuong, a very poor family. When Akutagawa starts seeing Vietnam through Cam Nuong's eyes, begins to realize that everyday life is very different to how the state propaganda paints.
