MOVIE SYNOPSIS - Where can I watch it and what's the story of this 1998 film?

Divorced and eager for revenge, Susan plans to kill her ex-husband Paul in order to collect an insurance policy susbtanciosa. To do this, turns to her lover Sam, which in turn recruits two useless they owe a favor: Steve and Bill. His inexperience as murderers is such that only manage to send Paul to the health center. To finish the job hire a thug who also fails. Finally, look for servivios of an attractive and crazy hairdresser.
