MOVIE SYNOPSIS - Where can I watch it and what's the story of this 2005 film?

When a nuclear submarine accidentally sinks, the carrying secret cargo also a biochemical agent, is released. Those affected suffer a violent mutation, plus survivors must fight them. On the other hand, the ship is sought by the rest of the American fleet to thereby destroy it. Among them is Chris Kody, the best mercenary in the world, has been released from prison where he was, and you'll get a presidential pardon if he succeeds in his mission.
