MOVIE SYNOPSIS - Where can I watch it and what's the story of this 2003 film?

Fred has the perfect plan to get rich somehow: kidnap a famous Hollywood actress and also force her to shoot a porn movie part even will be broadcast live over the Internet to millions of netizens. The proceeds collected will go to a safe account abroad, away from the police and when they uncover will be safe from any suspicion. This uses an old comrade in prison and even shy computer expert who takes money to pay for the operation of their young son. Together they form the perfect group, but fate has a surprise them fatal.
