MOVIE SYNOPSIS - Where can I watch it and what's the story of this 1986 film?

The story of two brothers of different orientation and faith. Tension and fear are palpable in the air during the Yugoslav Communist Party conflict with Stanilismo. The older brother Dragoslav, returned to Russia, is unjustly accused of being a Russian spy and is arrested. The younger brother Kosta not interested politics, but the Mafia and a married woman.
