MOVIE SYNOPSIS - Where can I watch it and what's the story of this 1980 film?

An American girl arrives at Cartagena and the unexpected theft of luggage forces her to seek help from a blind boy who provides accommodation. A friend of the blind to learn that the girl's father is wealthy weaves his kidnapping. While the plan does not work blind and she fall in love.
