MOVIE SYNOPSIS - Where can I watch it and what's the story of this 2000 film?

In Lease a pal the skilled painter ARTHUR is struggling with an artist's block. Alfred cannot be concerned about becoming rich and famous. He sticks to painting bright colored Mexican caps. Alfred's total insufficient aspiration increasingly irritates their gf MONIEK. Moniek is an effective composer of a popular Dutch soap opera and she actually is continuously accusing Alfred of experiencing no commercial instinct. The detergent episodes created by Moniek are totally according to her own life. Whenever Alfred sees among the episodes, he correctly infers that she is having an affair utilizing the executive producer. He chooses to go out of Moniek and sets away to exhibit the planet that he doesn't always have a problem with earning profits. He starts a company called lease a buddy and rents himself away as a friend to those looking for one. The concept is indeed successful that he soon is running a veritable "friends kingdom".
