MOVIE SYNOPSIS - Where can I watch it and what's the story of this 2008 film?

The Europol agent Tom Brindle investigates the case of Pygmalion, a serial murderer who has also killed several girls in France and Spain. At the scene of a crime, the police obtained a DNA sample similar to Marco Soler, a Spanish military man of 24 years who has a solid alibi. Brindle is the teenager was conceived in a fertility clinic and has a twin brother. The agent then decides to use a frame to thereby get to the murderer.
