MOVIE SYNOPSIS - Where can I watch it and what's the story of this 1983 film?

Matiora is an island located in the central part of Russia, in the middle of a great river to be flooded to facilitate the construction of a reservoir. This is the history of its inhabitants, who have to say goodbye to their home.
