MOVIE SYNOPSIS - Where can I watch it and what's the story of this 1972 film?

Adapted from a novel by writer Yukio Mishima. It's about doing a psychoanalyst therapy with his patient, who comes to his office explaining that mysteriously no longer hear the music, which is used by the patient as a metaphor for orgasm. The original novel focuses on the physician's professional research to find the reason for the frigidity of the patient and to clarify the attraction that it awakens in him.
