MOVIE SYNOPSIS - Where can I watch it and what's the story of this 2001 film?

Brendan is a very amateur concierge gambling, especially betting on horse racing. His bad luck has led him to lose the money he had saved for his daughter's education. When she announces that she has been accepted into the university, Brendan does not know what to do to get the money quickly. But one day, while sweeping, makes an eccentric finding: the head of an Aboriginal conervada in a bottle, in appropriate circumstances, can predict the winner of the horse races.
