MOVIE SYNOPSIS - Where can I watch it and what's the story of this 2004 film?

Ching, administrative, and Yui, nurse, are a couple about to leave for Japan on a romantic trip to break the monotony of their relationship. By lowering the car park to take the car to realize that the vehicle has been stolen them. A few minutes later, Yui discovers the vehicle a few blocks.
