MOVIE SYNOPSIS - Where can I watch it and what's the story of this 1959 film?

The piece of film chronicled four orphans who live in impoverished mining town. Tine's argument based on the diary of a 10 year old young Zainichi. It was one of the first films that addressed the issue of Zainichi identity and their struggles in Japan.
