MOVIE SYNOPSIS - Where can I watch it and what's the story of this 2002 film?

Alex Wilder is a teenager to get married. As I traveled to Kansas a tornado very far, to the land of Oz, where she meets a veteran pilot of World War II, thought to be still in 1943. Together with a bridge and come to a locality where they will meet Bellaridere, instructs them to go to rescue Ozma, who has been kidnapped by the wicked witch of the West. Traveling by Oz they will meet the Wheelers, reminiscent of the town of Munchkin. Pilot episode of a series that never came to be produced and retained only the pilot.
