MOVIE SYNOPSIS - Where can I watch it and what's the story of this 1983 film?

Mac is sent by an oil company to an idyllic Scottish village for, in short, buy all the properties in the area in order to build a refinery. The town's residents see an opportunity to get rich, but all this obstinacy of old Ben, owner of a beach, prevents the deal. Meanwhile, Mac goes deeply into a world and a way of life that also end up conquering it.
