MOVIE SYNOPSIS - Where can I watch it and what's the story of this 2004 film?

Maurice Kurtz is almost 40 years old and hasn't yet fulfilled his acting career. He loves his wife Perla, who works in Mr. Silberman's clothing shop, passionately and spends a lot of time with his friends Simon, Samy, Elie and Edouard, Jews and actors like him, who share his professional galleys. One day, their agent, Benny Schwarz, tells them that the famous American director Rudolph Grichenberg is about to shoot a Yiddish version of Shakespeare's "Merchant of Venice" in Paris and that he is looking for his lead actor. The five friends show up at the casting, where Maurice attracts Grichenberg's attention...
