MOVIE SYNOPSIS - Where can I watch it and what's the story of this 1992 film?

They run the nineties. In a South American village, Dr. Bernard Rieux diagnosed many cases of plague, having to put the town under quarantine. Based on the novel by Albert Camus though with slight modifications like the atmosphere, because the book sets the action in the Algerian city of Oran.
