MOVIE SYNOPSIS - Where can I watch it and what's the story of this 2002 film?

'Jiyan' happens in Halabja about five years after Saddam's infamous chemical assault in 1988. Diyari (Kurdo Galali) has arrived from their brand new homeland, America, to put on a badly required new orphanage. As construction profits, he gradually becomes knowledgeable about the tragic individual stories of this survivors. Prime among these is orphan woman Jiyan (Pirsheng Berzinji), and her lively young relative Sherko (Choman Hawrami). Although he appears to fit right into life inside impoverished city, Diyari can barely take in the catastrophe that hit there, nor can he accept the level of damage that he encounters. When the orphanage is ready, Diyari states their goodbyes, plunging Jiyan back to peaceful despair.
