MOVIE SYNOPSIS - Where can I watch it and what's the story of this 1991 film?

In this legend, a man and a woman have been fatally wounded by a police officer in a shooting at a outdoor market. The two meet in a prelude to the spirits of the undead, and act fast. They are brought back to life twelve hours to show their love. Meanwhile, an anarchist who is part of a plot to blow up a U.S. business group has learned that police are aware of the plot and is trying to return to his comrades in order to warn them. These two legends are intertwined so this supernatural romance is also an action thriller.
