MOVIE SYNOPSIS - Where can I watch it and what's the story of this 2001 film?

Jay Marshall is a thirteen year old who is doing his best to win the competition in which only vacancy achieved the prestigious school for Peterson. Otherwise, you must spend four years in the strict military school he attends his brother. So Jay is doing a great presentation for the jury to award him the square. Everything goes wrong when his rival, Ronny Van Dusen, who is also the director's son, steals the presentation. To look for evidence of theft, Jay sneaks home of its director. And if things could not get worse, the dog house followed when he left, giving the feeling that the teen has been kidnapped.
