MOVIE SYNOPSIS - Where can I watch it and what's the story of this 1965 film?

Posing for a potential client, an evil genius spy and also a scientist overhears even discovered a " wonder drug " that can be helpful in short, their plans for world domination, the genius of evil and his lackey plan a daring mission to steal the " wonder drug. " The footman - who is bound to be the guinea pig - takes some of the " wonder drug " which turns out to be a cure for converting a wicked heart a good and healthy heart. The scientist, is pleased to know that their new drug works as intended.
