MOVIE SYNOPSIS - Where can I watch it and what's the story of this 2002 film?

Christian Blank is a former citizen of the GDR. After the fall of the Wall, he is asked to take part in an East German nostalgia film about border guards and finds himself in a psychological dilemma. He mistakes an actor for his bogeyman 'Nattenklinger' and violently attacks him. When Christian regains consciousness, he finds himself in a psychiatric institution. He tells his psychiatrist the mysterious and sometimes hilarious stories that happened to him in his life as a citizen of the GDR and later as a border guard guarding the imperialist protective wall....
