MOVIE SYNOPSIS - Where can I watch it and what's the story of this 2001 film?

Rufino is 15 and lives in the streets of Mexico City Get small fortune to do tricks with the Ochoa drug for an unscrupulous judicial police controls the neighborhood where they live. One day, driven by circumstances, Rufino steals fortune to The Ochoa, thus unleashing the persecution and harassment of the police. However, while planning his escape from the town with her friend Xochitl, Rufino learns of the existence of his father he believed dead. Obsessed with finding before leaving Rufino embarks on his quest, an adventure that will take the love of solitude, of the drug to the camaraderie, solidarity to treason.
