MOVIE SYNOPSIS - Where can I watch it and what's the story of this 1993 film?

On April 15th 1945 departed from the Norwegian port of Kristiansand transport German submarine U -234, XB class, heading to Japan, under express orders of the Chief of the Gestapo, Heinrich Müller, and Adolf Hitler himself. On 13 May the same year the German submarine decided to surrender. In the Atlantic region in which it was delivered to Canadians should. Inexplicably, however, the captain of the ship decided to fool Canadians giving false successive positions, as he approached the port of Portsmouth.
