MOVIE SYNOPSIS - Where can I watch it and what's the story of this 2009 film?

While Boboc and Lori come in Spain to escort The Corsican - a feared women trafficker which will be going to be extradited - Bogdan, Maria and Dobrescu track down a psychopathic serial killer who is burning their victims alive. From abroad, Boboc tries to assist these with the research. But The Corsican hijacks the plane bound for Romania by using an accomplice, keeping Lori and Boboc as hostages. Into the mean time the serial killer makes more victims. The group in Bucharest discovers the link between your murders and an accident that things up.
