The mayor of a small Czech village tries to thwart the project of Americans constrescapar 762 U.S. military base at the door of your home. The film, from the creators of " Cesky sen", shows villagers and politicians like George W. Bush, Condoleezza Rice or Barack Obama, through the peace movement activists and representatives of the arms manufacturers, to reflect the operation of geopolitical interests and how they affect ordinary people.
